Who we are
Lee Marsh is our Chartered Construction Consultant with over 35 years of experience in successfully delivering a wide range of construction projects across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, retail, NHS, MOD, education, high-end residential, and social housing. He is a results-oriented leader with a proven ability to motivate and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Lee has successfully managed projects with budgets exceeding £5m, consistently delivering cost savings.
Lee has expertise in all phases of the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and budgeting to project execution, handover, and client satisfaction. A qualified Fire Door Inspector and Passive Protection Surveyor, Lee also brings specialized technical knowledge to H&S management and quality control. His proven experience includes pre-contract meetings, setting up programs of works, quantity surveying, waste management, design change management, resource allocation, and design team and client liaison and the all important Value Engineering.
Lee’s contracts experience includes preparing tenders and estimates, completing PQQ’s, business development, preferred list supplier management, supplier performance, managing the Invitation to Tender process, reviewing tenders prior to awarding contracts, setting supplier Terms and Conditions and potential penalty clauses, and extensive supplier liaison.
