“I worked with Sharon form Feb-July 2021 at The Oxford Academy where she was the Interim School Business Manager. During our time together we co-ordinated on a re-structure project to revise and implement a new staff structure for the non-teaching teams. She quickly became a key member of the School Leadership Team and developed strong relationships both within the school and in the central RLT (MAT) team. The project was delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal fuss from the unions, whom Sharon kept informed. Sharon approached any issues calmly and identifies resolutions quickly.
